How we engrave your Roselli

Make your knife or axe truly yours with a custom engraving. We use precision laser engraving to create a lasting mark on the blade. Whether it’s a name, date, or a short phrase, your engraving makes each Roselli unique.  Simply add your engraving in the designated engraving box before checkout.

What should I engrave?

The hardest part of engraving is often deciding what to engrave! The most common requests are names, dates, or years – perfect for marking a special person or life event. For the best result, we recommend keeping your engraving within 25 characters. If you’d like something more custom, such as a logo, please contact us at info@roselli.fi.

Product description

Roselli's Finnish handmade outdoor knife with a full tang blade in second sorting, where minor visual imperfections on the surface add unique character to each knife. This makes it an excellent choice for those seeking a more affordable premium knife, offering the same outstanding functionality as our first-hand products.

Roselli's version of the ultimate outdoor knife in a full tang model with hidden steel (where the blade goes through the entire handle) to give you better support and balance when putting it to hard use. All our range of full tang knives are long-lasting, durable and perfect heavy-duty knives.

The design is inspired from traditional carving knives and due to its handy size, you can fit it everywhere. The knife also works well as a hunting knife and the size of the blade makes it suitable for hunters who prefer hunting for smaller game.

This full tang knife has a blade of carbon steel and a handle of stabilized curly birch with a eyelet hole for strap attachment. Wood stabilization is the process of strengthening wood so that it no longer reacts to changes in humidity, which is what causes the wood to shrink or swell. You can read more about stabilized wood here. Comes with a handmade sheath of light vegetable tanned Finnish leather.

    The Carpenter is the best small bushcraft knife I ever had. Beautiful, comfortable, light as a feather, has a very good edge geometry and factory sharpness, and keeps that edge for a long-long time. And when it's time to strop, it takes no time to get that scary edge back. My other purchase was the Hunter. The handle is a bit too big for my hand, but I love the bladeshape very much. I can definitely see why it is such a popular knife! I will probably buy a blade and make my own handle to fit me better. I will definitely get a Carving Knife and a Roselli Axe too!

Each Roselli is created with the highest attention to detail and an absolute focus on quality. No shortcuts are taken – we make everything by hand, from fantastic local natural materials, using old blacksmithing techniques, in a local workshop in Harmoinen Finland. Our products are made from the finest natural materials and raw materials that follow the highest ethical standards. High-quality carbon steel, Finnish curly birch and Finnish natural tanned leather form the basis of all our products. Our locally produced, organic and ethical leather comes from free animals and has been vegetable tanned where only organic material is used instead of destructive chemicals.
